We heard the dress rehearsal of Mahler’s Symphony No. 3 in D minor with the most wonderful section of double basses shown in the picture.
Downtown Aspen’s Paradise Bakery is a good spot to hear everything from classical to pop music. Check out the video of the Maroon Bells string quartet playing “Let It Go” from Frozen in front of the bakery. On top of Aspen Mountain was a great Bluegrass band Sunday afternoon.
